Wiring harness kits stop the need to drill into the chassis of the truck which in turn reduces the time spent per vehicle. Our plug and play system is simple to install, reduces water ingress and increases productivity. Over the years we have built up a wide range of technical drawings for wiring harness kits. The majority of our kits will fit on mainstream chassis’ types including DAF, Iveco, MAN, Mercedes and Scania.

DAF 7.5 Tonne Cable Kit
This DAF kit is one of our most popular, comprising of three side markers for each side of the vehicle and two rear markers and our own fully overmoulded and supersealed looms.
We carefully select the side and rear markers so they comply with European Whole Vehicle Type Approval. All E approval documents are available on request.

Using our own high quality harnesses
All our wiring harness kits have been IP rated to IP67 as a standard. A high IP rating means that water and dirt are blocked from affecting the performance of the electrical wires. All our connectors are supersealed and have been overmoulded to further prevent ingress. Our recommended LED rear markers are approved to conform with European Whole Vehicle Type Approval.
Whilst we have a wide selection of mainstream wiring harness kits we realise sometimes our clients want bespoke solutions. We work with bodybuilders to their specification. Whether it is an additional extension lead, a high level brake lamp or more marker lamps we can produce it. Once we have your specification we produce a technical drawing for your approval. This includes all the relevant approval numbers and a bill of materials.
